If you want category A licence and skills, Mick Finlay will get you there. He won't sugar coat it in the process but he'll get it done. Thanks Mick!

I recently completed my IBT training with Mick Finlay. He was highly recommend to me and now I know why.. Excellent training technique,And made me feel very relaxed .I learned a lot of new things That I never knew and back over a few things I did.. I did my IBT training with Mick Finlay and could not recommend him highly enough. I started out as a novice driver and he made me feel comfortable right from the offset. His genuine love for motorbikes is something that I noticed immediately and he has a great selection of motorbikes to choose from. The training itself was intense and I felt that it was massively beneficial to me and still to this day I can hear his voice telling me to 'move my hips!' when I am driving. Not only was he a great instructor but you're guaranteed to have the craic with him during/after the course which definitely adds to the experience. 10/10 instructor and I will definitely be back for a pre-test.

I had my IBT training with Mick Finlay recently and I cannot give enough praise. I came to him as a complete novice with no road experience. I'd be quite a nervous and skittish driver, Mick's calm and down to earth attitude really helped ground me through out the process. His explanations were practical, exact and clear - the type that come from genuine experience. And even though he is calm and funny the whole way through the lessons, he is incredibly thorough, he made sure I knew everything I needed beyond any doubt. I feel much more confident heading out on a road having done the IBT with Mick. I would happily recommend him to anyone I know, and will definitely be back for pretest practice.

His relaxed approach combined with his 'tough love' is a perfect combination that allows you build confidence on the bike during the day and quickly rid any bad habits that you make pick up. From beginning to end, Mick has turned a complete novice into someone who is now confident enough to purchase a bike and get on the road safely.
