I got my IBT with Mick Finlay. What a fantastic coach! He's an excellent trainer. I'm a first time rider so was delighted to have someone who was able to get me on the road quickly and efficiently whilst ensuring I felt safe the entire time. He has a direct but friendly approach to training that really suited my learning style. Highly recommend!

I really wasnt looking forward to having to do my IBT when i returned to bikes after a hiatus, i thought i knew it all already after riding bikes for years. I honestly learned things on the bike that will keep me safe and make me a much better biker. Its people like Mick Finlay who live and breed riding that we need training novice riders. I cant commend him anymore, and i will without doubt be in contact for my pretest.

First off, forget what you think you know already. I went to Mick Finlay for IBT training. I've driven bikes for years on A1 having had no formal training but wanted to upgrade my licence. Mick has a lovely teaching style which he adapts to each individual learner and applies logic and common sense to the lessons. With Mick, it's not just a box ticking exercise. Not only does he teach you how to pass the test, he also teaches you valuable skills in how to stay alive on public roads. Thanks Mick, its was excellent training and really enjoyable too!

I have recently just Completed my IBT with Mick Finlay. From the moment I got there he put me at ease, he has a world of knowledge when it comes to bikes and will try to pass as much of that onto his Students as possible!. He has taught me every I need to make sure I'm a Save and responsible rider for the years to come and I will be putting everything he taught me into practice!
